About Diahn Hevel, President, Hevel + Co For over 20 years, Diahn Hevel has helped senior executives maximize the return on investments in their sales and service force. As a business owner, consultant, trained coach, and experienced sales and service leader, Diahn’s passion is consulting with leaders and managers who are ultimately accountable for the success of their sales and service team. Diahn partners with other independent professionals to create solutions that address performance gaps. She leverages resources and relationships to contribute to both process improvement and sustainable growth, primarily through:
incentive/reward/recognition programs, sustainable skill-building systems sales management programs and processes, sales management and leadership education and coaching for sales managers employee readiness for change initiatives
Prior to founding Hevel + Co in 2002, Diahn held leadership positions in financial services, responsible for:
Diahn holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Human Resources Management from Bowling Green State University, an M.B.A. degree in Services Marketing from the University of Dayton. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Leading Strategic Change program and also completed coursework with the Coach Training Alliance and Disney’s Keys to Excellence program.
