In early 2002, Diahn formed Hevel Consulting Group, LLC and expanded her business in 2005 to create Hevel +Co (Hevel and Company, LLC). Her field management experience, combined with corporate staff support management experiences, offers a vast and unique blend of insights and skills to help organizations achieve business objectives. Her ability to synthesize issues and ideas; create solutions that address performance gaps; establish and lead efficient, cross-functional teams; and leverage resources and relationships…helps organizations drive process improvement and growth.

Diahn holds a BSBA degree in Human Resources Management from Bowling Green State University, an MBA degree in Services Marketing from the University of Dayton, and is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business Leading Strategic Change program. She has also completed coursework with the Coach Training Alliance, Career BootCamp Coach Program, and Disney Institute Keys to Excellence program.

Diahn lives and offices in Westerville, Ohio with her husband and two children. In her spare time she:
